About the event
The City of Santa Clarita presents a celebration of Caribbean culture at the Canyon Country Community Center from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Come share in the music, dance, food, art and educational experiences from the diverse people we have all around us.
Joseph Peck will present his educational program, The Caribbean Drum Circle, throughout the evening. Participants will be able to join in his drum circle on hand drums and shakers. Joseph will facilitate an fun & engaging interactive program that focuses on the steel drums and the many percussion instruments that make up an Engine Room of a Steel Drum Band!
